Ton-Up Clothing is inspired by the spirit of rebellion in the 50’s and 60’s.
 
Disregarding the trend towards overly fussy, elaborate motorcycle design, the bikes of this era were stripped back and made as light as possible, tuning the performance of the engine as much as they could with the tools they had available to them to try to “do the Ton!”. This spawned a new generation of no frills, stripped down bikes that were built purely for speed – café racers were born.
 
Our gear takes a cue from this no frills, well built, understatedly cool ethos of the time, and of course its UK origins.
